Do you deliver or ship?
Orders are pick-up only!
Where is the pick-up location?
Pickup address is in near the Walmart in Roanoke, Texas (76262). The exact location will be given via email along with the confirmation the week of pick-up.
How do I store cake pops?
Cake pops can be stored at room temperature up to 1 week. If refrigerated, they can be stored up to 2 weeks. If frozen, they keep up to 3 months.
*If refrigerated/frozen, condensation may occur once brought to room temperature, which can affect designs of custom pops.
How are cake pops packaged?
Cake pops are packaged in a flat, rectangular windowed cake box. Individual wrapping is an extra $0.25 per pop. You can also upgrade to a vertical windowed cake pop box that doubles as a stand, for an extra charge.
Do you cater to allergies or other dietary restrictions?
No. Because these items are made in a home kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, treats may contain trace amounts of those ingredients.
How do you take payments?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place your order. The remaining balance is due 1 week before scheduled pick-up date. Once your order details are finalized, I will send you an invoice with your payment options. Orders will not be started or released until full payment is received.
How far in advance should I order?
Ideally, your order should be placed 2 weeks in advance. If it is a basic order, I may be able to accommodate and will let you know upon inquiry!
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 1 week (7 days) or more before the pick-up date: The 50% deposit remains non-refundable. Any portion of the final payment made will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 1 week (7 days) before the pick-up date: No refunds will be issued for any payments made (deposit or final payment).
If you fail to pick up your order at the agreed-upon time and date without prior communication, your order will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
